Parker Chapman is a newly licensed REALTOR® based in American Fork, Utah, with a rich foundation in real estate investment that spans over a decade. His journey began long before he became a licensed agent—helping provide short- and long-term housing solutions for individuals, families, and friends across the country. With hands-on experience owning property both in and out of state, Parker brings a deeply personal understanding of what it means to find the right place to call home.
His background in sales, with over 15 years of experience and thousands of homes visited across multiple countries, gives him a unique edge in client relations and investor-focused services. Parker thrives on building connections and learning from people of all walks of life. A graduate of Ensign Business College, Parker’s values were shaped early on through homeschooling and growing up in a family of nine children. He’s now a proud husband and father of four—with one more on the way!
