Janet Ritchie is a seasoned real estate agent with 15 years of experience and a deep appreciation for architecture and the stories behind every home. Originally from Salt Lake City and now living in Old Sugar House along the historic trolley route, Janet brings strong local knowledge and a true love for the community she serves. Her primary areas of expertise include Sugar House, The Avenues, Marmalade District, East Bench, Holladay, Millcreek, and Olympus Cove.
Janet’s career path has taken her across the country, from working in the service industry to owning a luxury business and later thriving in sales, experiences that shaped her people-first approach and strong work ethic. She enjoys the flexibility and daily challenges of real estate, especially the legal and contract side of the business. Fiercely loyal and dedicated, Janet is known for going above and beyond for her clients and is proud to be part of REMAX. Outside of real estate, she enjoys skiing, hiking, music, painting, and spending time with animals.
