Meet Darren Orton
Darren Orton has been helping clients achieve their homeownership goals for more than two years. His passion for real estate began long before becoming a Realtor, after purchasing five homes of his own and experiencing firsthand the excitement and opportunity that comes with homeownership. Those experiences inspired him to build a career centered on helping others realize their dreams of owning a home instead of renting, while providing the care, guidance, and support every client deserves.
A lifelong Utahn, Darren currently resides in South Weber and has lived in communities throughout the state. His local knowledge, combined with a genuine commitment to serving others, allows him to help buyers and sellers confidently navigate Utah’s real estate market. While his primary focus is residential real estate, he also has a growing interest in land and commercial properties.
Before transitioning into real estate, Darren spent 18 years as a Store Director for a major grocery retailer. That experience strengthened his customer service skills, leadership abilities, and financial management expertise, overseeing millions of dollars in inventory and sales. Today, he brings those same skills to every transaction, ensuring his clients feel informed, supported, and well cared for from beginning to end.
Darren chose to join REMAX because of its outstanding local support, resources, and collaborative environment. He values having a trusted office and team behind him, allowing him to provide an even higher level of service to his clients.
When he’s not helping clients, Darren enjoys golfing in Utah’s beautiful mountains, fishing, playing darts, singing karaoke, and spending quality time with family and friends. He believes that everything happens for a reason, and he strives to make every client feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout their real estate journey.
