Hi, I’m Vanesa Richards. Real estate is more than a career for me — it’s my passion. I am a bilingual English-Spanish agent licensed in both Baja California, México and Utah, USA, and I truly love what I do. There is no greater satisfaction than either helping someone find the perfect place — a home in Utah or a dream property by the Pacific Ocean in Baja California or helping someone sell their home and move forward to new opportunities.

With my 20 years of residential property management experience in Utah, it gives me a solid foundation in every aspect of real estate — that experience translates to truly understanding what my clients need whether it is in the form of contracts or negotiations or financing their transactions. Combined with my deep knowledge of the Baja California market it offers my clients something special that very few agents can provide, real expertise on both sides of the border in any transaction. It has been my privilege of helping many Americans discover México — investors, families looking for a vacation home, and retirees ready to wake up every morning to ocean views. I understand the process, I know the market, and most importantly, I know how to make you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Utah, a foundation that has shaped the way I approach every transaction — with strategy, professionalism, and a global perspective. Outside of real estate, I am the founder of a very heart felt non-profit organization in Utah called “The Duke for Women Organization.” It has a very special purpose of empowering disadvantaged women to build better lives. It is a reminder every day of why I do what I do — because people deserve someone in their corner who genuinely cares.
