Brad Gould is a Realtor who combines a strong financial background with a genuine commitment to helping clients make confident real estate decisions. Before entering real estate, Brad worked at Zions Bank, where he assisted customers with opening accounts, applying for personal loans, and managing their finances. That experience gave him a solid understanding of how money, lending, and long-term planning play a role in real estate.
Brad’s path into the industry was shaped by conversations with a close friend in the mortgage business who often expressed frustration with poorly prepared agents. Encouraged to raise the bar, Brad pursued his real estate license and made it a priority to learn the business the right way. By surrounding himself with experienced mentors, he quickly developed a strong foundation and avoided many of the common pitfalls new agents face.
In his first year, Brad helped clients purchase their first homes, secure investment properties, and acquire commercial land. As he continues to grow his business, his focus remains on educating clients and helping them feel confident that they are making smart investments. His specialty includes working with first-time buyers exploring new construction incentives and investors looking for off-market opportunities.
Originally born in Salt Lake City and raised in Las Vegas, Brad eventually found his way back to Utah after attending Southwest Minnesota State University, where he played football while graduating magna cum laude. He continued his education toward a Master of Business Administration and is just a few classes away from completing his degree. Today, Brad and his wife live in Francis, Utah, where they enjoy the mountain lifestyle that first drew him back to the area.
Brad chose to join REMAX after recognizing the strength of its global brand and the opportunity to work alongside top-producing agents. Outside of real estate, he enjoys training in jiu jitsu, hiking with his wife, and spending time in the mountains throughout every season.
