Since 2006, Randy Rhea has built a multi-market real estate career spanning commercial and residential expertise. He launched in Atlanta, GA as a commercial agent, expanded into residential sales after relocating to Charleston, SC in 2012, and in 2020 brought his practice to Utah, serving clients across the Salt Lake Valley and Park City. Today, Randy is traveling in Albania, exploring an underserved market for investment and second-home opportunities, particularly for the expat community, while continuing to support his U.S. clients with market insight and trusted guidance.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (B.S.), Randy combines business acumen with a client-first approach grounded in clear communication and thoughtful strategy. He chose REMAX for the platform and reach to grow his footprint across South Carolina, Utah, and now Albania.
Outside of real estate, Randy is an avid traveler who enjoys connecting with people from different cultures and learning the history that shapes each community, a curiosity that informs his work and benefits every client he serves.
