Mariela Alvarez is a Real Estate Agent who began her journey in real estate as an investor. With over a decade of experience in marketing, finance, and banking, she brings a strategic edge to every transaction—helping clients analyze markets, evaluate opportunities, and make smart, confident decisions. Her specialty in investment properties allows her to combine financial expertise with personal guidance, ensuring that every move is both emotionally rewarding and financially sound.
Based in Salt Lake City, with past experience in Orange County and Los Angeles, Mariela understands the unique dynamics of different markets and communities. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Utah Valley University and a BA in International Studies from Brigham Young University. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, she takes pride in serving a wide range of clients with clarity and care.
Outside of real estate, Mariela is passionate about Latin dance—having coached students to more than a hundred World Latin Dance Championship titles. She is also an avid scuba diver, enthusiastic traveler, and proud Pomeranian dog mom, always finding inspiration in new experiences and connections.
